Alcácer do Sal is one of the oldest cities in Europe with history that dates back to 1000 B.C. Alcácer is in the Alentejo region, in the South of Portugal, between the Tejo River and the Algarve.
The east borders Spain and the west is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean. It is an extensive region, essentially rural and sparsely populated, which makes up about one third of Portugal.
The project Alcácer III is in the civil parish of Torrão, in the municipality of Alcácer do Sal, bordering on the district of Évora and Beja. Distancing only 35 minutes by car from Évora - a historic capital of the Alentejo and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

THE RICH GASTRONOMIC HERITAGE
Based on the Mediterranean trinity, the gastronomy of Torrão makes no short use of a vast amount of locally produced olive oil and local wine. The dishes add aromatic herbs and other products such as lamb, black pork and beef, combined with fresh baked bread from the wooden ovens of the Padarias of Torrão.
The project Alcácer III aims to deliver you all of these wonders, it is in the spirit of our project to enable a healthier life and a more peaceful atmosphere for your experience.
